Fancy Pokket Bakery began operating out of a small manufacturing facility in Moncton gradually building their business with a variety of pita bread products. But with growth came the need for a new facility and with the facility came the opportunity to greatly expand the product line. Located in a renovated and expanded plant in the Moncton Industrial Park, Fancy Pokket makes a full range of bagels in addition to their varied pita line, pizza crusts and more.
